Make daily service dates explicit

For two or more days, list the intended service dates and daily start time. A week, two weeks or a month does not imply a 24-hour chauffeur or continuous vehicle access. Month-long arrangements require a specific quote and an agreed list of service days, with safe chauffeur scheduling.

Check seats and work materials

The black ZEEKR 009 Flagship has six seats total, one for the chauffeur and five for clients, in a 2+2+2 layout. The last row has two seats. Tell us about display samples, cases and equipment using practical dimensions. Do not assume a full group plus bulky materials fits because a vehicle photo shows an open cabin. The actual loading arrangement must be checked before confirmation.

Include access and revised collection points

Corporate buildings and campuses may have different guest, delivery and vehicle entrances. Confirm the permitted drop-off with the site contact. Ask whether the chauffeur can wait and whether any parking arrangement applies. The generic corporate image is an AI illustration with fictional people; it does not prove access rights or a business partnership. If the meeting changes buildings, send the new address before moving the vehicle.

Keep overtime and outside-area legs separate

A meeting delay can affect the rest of the route. Discuss changes before the daily finish; vehicle and chauffeur availability and the supplemental price must be agreed before an extension. No automatic overtime charge is introduced. An outside-Bangkok stop or Suvarnabhumi leg follows a specific quote.

From request to a confirmed day

Your request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The operator checks the vehicle, chauffeur, actual addresses, route feasibility and luggage arrangement first. A written quote then states the service dates and hours, price, agreed fees, payment deadlines and applicable booking conditions.

Tolls, parking and other additional expenses are excluded and must be disclosed and accepted before commitment. An invoice is issued manually to each client. Outside Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi and monthly service use a specific quote. The team prepares a personalised quote.
