Website privacy notice

Operator: Van Bangkok Company — Sukhumvit 24, Bangkok, Thailand. Public contact address supplied by the operator: contact@van-bangkok.com.

Personalised quote requests

The request form collects your name, reply email, optional phone, first pickup date and time, requested days and hours, occasion, pickup and drop-off, itinerary, passengers, luggage and options. These details are emailed to the operator’s designated team solely to review your requirements and communicate a personalised quote by email. The website does not create a confirmed booking, take payments, send an automatic customer email or subscribe you to marketing.

Do not include payment details, medical information or identity documents. Questions, corrections or deletion requests can be sent to the operator’s public contact address. The operator handles enquiries and any necessary business records; no fixed mailbox-retention period is promised here.

Abuse protection and duplicate requests

The form uses short-lived signed tokens and private records to limit abuse and prevent duplicate email submissions. These records contain keyed hashes, a random request reference, a status and timestamps, not the submitted name, email, phone or itinerary. Duplicate and rate-limit records expire within 24 hours and are removed on the next form request. Submitted details are not retained as a separate website customer database. Messages remain in the team’s email system for manual handling.

Website technology

Pages, fonts, images and scripts are served from this site. The interface does not set cookies or use browser storage, advertising trackers or embedded third-party services. Journal search runs locally in the browser. The request form sends the entered details securely to this website’s request endpoint.

The site is hosted on Hostinger. Hosting services may process technical request information such as the URL, IP address and browser information to deliver and operate the website. This notice does not promise a specific hosting-log retention period. Request details are sent in the body of a POST request and are not placed in page URLs.

Opening an email link uses your own email application; this website does not confirm delivery. Linked third-party websites apply their own policies.
