Start with the bags, not the final stop

Tell us how many people will travel and the likely size of the purchases. The six-seat Flagship has five client places, including the front passenger seat, and two seats in the last row. Five people plus a pushchair, suitcases and several large purchases is a different loading problem from a couple carrying two tote bags. Send approximate dimensions and allow the operator to confirm the arrangement before you book. Do not assume that a brochure figure with seats folded represents space available to your group.

Build a route with a clear return

For an illustrative Bangkok day, start at your hotel at 09:00, use the first part of the morning for one shopping destination, leave a proper lunch interval, then choose a second stop that fits the route back. The example ends at 17:00; it is a planning outline, not a promised journey time. Shopping queues, loading and traffic can use a meaningful part of the eight hours. A long wish list should be prioritised rather than presented as a guaranteed schedule.

Agree the meeting point at every stop

The entrance that works for walking visitors may not be an authorised vehicle waiting point. Check the exact drop-off and collection location with the venue. Confirm whether the chauffeur can wait nearby, whether parking is required and how you will contact one another when you are ready. If you change to another entrance, send the revised location before asking the vehicle to move. Keep the group together for loading rather than sending several separate pickup requests.

Leave room for dinner and the final load

If dinner is part of the day, include it in the original itinerary and choose a finish that stays within the agreed eight-hour window. A shopping day that starts at 09:00 does not automatically include an evening return. Ask about an extension before the booked finish. The chauffeur must remain available and the additional price must be agreed before continuing. Availability and prior client agreement are required; no automatic debit applies.

Send the date, start time, hotel address, preferred stops, final return address, number of clients and the expected bag dimensions. Add any large item you hope to buy. We can then check the route and loading rather than discovering a capacity issue at the last stop. A destination outside Bangkok needs a specific quote, even when it is described informally as a Bangkok shopping trip.

From request to a confirmed day

Your request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. The operator checks the vehicle, chauffeur, actual addresses, route feasibility and luggage arrangement first. A written quote then states the service dates and hours, price, agreed fees, payment deadlines and applicable booking conditions.

Tolls, parking and other additional expenses are excluded and must be disclosed and accepted before commitment. An invoice is issued manually to each client. Outside Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi and monthly service use a specific quote. The team prepares a personalised quote.
